Weiner gets 21 months for sexting minor.

Former NY Congressman Anthony Weiner was sentenced to 21 months in Federal Prison for sexting a 15 year old and soliciting explicit images from her.

He will be forced to register as a sex offender and complete 3 years of sex offender supervised release, including treatment.

The feedback we have received so far was that his sentence was light, compared to others who had no direct victim or less “offensive” crimes.

Regardless of his period of incarceration, he will soon discover that the time in prison is the least harsh of his punishments and that having to live his life as a sex offender when he gets out will be the harshest punishment he will face.

My guess is that he still has some communication with his ex wife, who’s a close friend of Hillary Clinton. I recently mailed her a letter, as I gave some serious money towards her husband’s campaign for his first term (before my life went into ruins). I believe that because of this association, we may finally see some serious “interest” in the laws in place for life long registration and, especially, the restrictions on where a sex offender my live (or more like where we can’t!). Regardless of what he did, he had many influential friends that carry weight in Washington, DC. Let’s keep an eye on activity which may occur that is coming from lawmakers that historically preferred us all to be housed in the middle of nowhere. I’ve just a feeling about this. It’s finally biting lawmakers in the behind. One thing for sure, here’s another person that got a sentence that’s far less than us regular folks received. What gives on that? Answer: He’s not a nobody.

I’m Michigan, if you don’t complete s o therapy…you are almost sure to do your max sentence. And to complete this therapy you must admit guilt….I was lucky. I was tossed out of group because I did not agree with my Pre Sentence Report as written by the arresting officer. I had to file a motion to correct my pre sentence report. With the corrected PSI, I was lucky to get back into ” state group”, and I was paroled two years after my first out date.
