Isn’t this just more evidence that the RSO lists is in fact punishment? Ex post facto punishment? Where are the lawyers in Florida who will stand against the unconstitutional laws?

I feel a Class Action Lawsuit coming on !!!. 26000+ just in Polk County !! Another 20000+ in Marion County alone !!. The only option was JAIL OR DIE !!! That’s so far from our constitution that someone has to start a Lawsuit !!. It time this crap stops !! And hopefully this storm is what it takes to do it !!!!. Let’s Do Something ???!!! Please !!.

This man is a turd with legs and nothing more. He is so hate filled and vile that calling him scum would be insulting to actual scum.

Hey F U – Hope your entire family is wiped out by this storm or the next one or the next one or the next one.

I called this morning. The person on the phone told me that ID’s are required to enter a Polk County Shelter and that background checks will be ran on everyone and this person said that anyone with a criminal background they will make “appropriate accommodations” for.

At a time when resources are spread thin. And manpower should be used to HELP THE CITIZENS, Ole Judd chooses to spend thousands of EXTRA dollars and EXTRA hours to “Do a Background Check” on EVERY person That comes to a Shelter !!!. Instead of opening the Doors to ALL CITIZENS and providing SECURITY to oversee the situation !!!. Judd is a Power crazed moron that loves to see his self on the TV/Internet !!. There is a special place in HELL for people like him !!!. He is a disgrace to the Polk County Sheriff Department !!!!. Even ole Crow was better than him and that’s saying alot !!!!.

Ah, yes. Our own little inbred redneck Joe Arpaio wannabe. He is a publicity whore and an embarrassment to a profession that, as a general rule, is pretty damed hard to embarrass. We should be more Christina, Grady? Well, hw about that whole “insomuch as ye have done it to the least of these, my brethren……” thingy?

So if I have kids they can sleep next to a repeat drug offender or aggravated assaulter, but not someone who was lied to about a girl’s age or someone who didn’t even actually have a victim, was just arrested by the thought police…..

Where in the hell does this make any sense. I don’t truly hate many people, but this “person” Judd is one of them.

It wouldn’t surprise me JV, if Judd took this as an opportunity to set up a sex sting at the shelters to make even more Fed money. I can just see the craigslist ad now…….Shelter Sex 69…..”Come meet me at the convention center bathroom stall” ….wouldn’t surprise me at all. What a POS that guy is. I hope Irma destroys his sheriffs office, his personal home, and floods all his patrol cars
