Washington Supreme Court: Child porn laws apply even if perp, victim are the same.

The Washington Supreme Court has upheld the conviction under state child porn laws of a 17-year-old boy who sent a picture of his own erect penis to a 22-year-old woman. The case illustrates a bizarre situation in which Eric Gray is both the perpetrator and the victim of the crime. Under state law, Gray could face up to 10 years in prison for the conviction.

Stupid laws of the United States alive and well. Don’t they have more common sense in Iran and Pakistan than here? Pathetic.

Seems a bit twisted…if the 22 year old looked at the pictures why is she not charged, but to charge the victim/perpetrator for a sex crime is beyond me.

Welcome to the Twilight Zone…a land where logic and reality are meaningless AKA The United States of America

Man makes laws and those are flexible and change all the time. Some laws such as this simply should not be followed until they are removed.

There are times when breaking the law is perfectly acceptable and even normal…imagine that!

Insane! I am surprised that this is true for what I assume is Wash State? They have been somewhat more progressive with some of these RSO laws – but shame on them – how bizarre

So if I get drunk and spend a bunch of money and don’t remember it, have I stolen from a disabled person?
