Ron DeSantis Election Fraud Victims Were Told They Could Vote

This thoroughly researched article from the The Appeal entitled HOW FLORIDA’S SLUGGISH VOTER REGISTRATION PROCESS SENT EX-PRISONERS BACK TO JAIL highlights the duplicity of the State of Florida when it publicly arrested select felons who voted, but did not qualify to have their voting right restored.  According to this research, the individuals only voted after being confirmed by the State or local election office as qualifying to vote.

The article further explains that individuals who sought to better understand if their voting rights were restored were actively encouraged at the local level to apply to vote to enable the State to determine if eligibility should be restored or not.  The same State that subsequently arrested them for voting had approved them to vote and provided voter IDs for that express purpose.

If the article holds true, it demonstrates an incredible culpability on the State’s part, reflects poorly on grand standing every time an issue involves a PFR (Person Required to Register), makes the individuals caught up in it even more sympathetic, yet is no surprise to those of us reading it.

This is no uncommon in the state of Florida, it’s going to do anything to keep it. Say one thing and do another

I had an index sized card mailed to me from (I believe) the state of Florida, telling me with Amendment 4 I was eligible to vote. However,I didn’t trust it and did not register to vote. I kept the card for a while, but then discarded it. I wish I had kept it.

Interesting research and article, but in the end, the court most likely will say the person has to do their full due diligence and needs to know the law as no one else will fully explain it to them or determine it for them. Now, with that being said, the state sure appears shady here with their practices and a fed court, IMO, would find in the favor of the person and hold the state accountable.

We have often semi-joked that everyone will be on a registry soon in Florida and now that has partially become true. Not only are Chinese citizens no longer allowed to buy a house in Florida, current Chinese owners must go on a registry.

“In addition to limits on new homebuyers, Chinese nationals who already own property in Florida are required by the new law to register with the state’s Commerce Department, “but they don’t even have a form yet or place or website, so that’s confused everyone,” Lin said. Failure to register by 2024 could trigger fines of up to $1,000 a day.”
    Here is the entire article:

You will see and recognize a statement we often hear associated with us at bottom of article. “Failure to register” was actually used when speaking of the Chinese people coming to America and buying a home. Scary (The registration not the Chinese)

I have often said that eventually if these keeps up, everyone will be on some sort of registry.
