Why is everyone bent out of shape over this. The courts have already determined that being on the registry is no different than belonging to a country club.

Gee, somebody is discovering the “not punishment” of a public registry and notification law? I feel for the guy and his family and I hope that they catch the guy and lock him up for a good long time.

    But just remember Brothers…”It ain’t punishment…”

Since it’s not punishment as you state, then no one should be offended by this happening. Just a harmless prank. Case closed.

How can such “harrassment” be criminalized if the notification scheme is not a form of punishment. The State cannot have it both ways.

In the first few seconds of his report, the reporter states that this “…could ruin both his personal life and his business…”

Yes, the registry ruins people’s personal lives and businesses every, single day.
