Florida, make better choices

A 19-year-old Floridian charged with 30 counts of possession of child pornography deserves appropriate punishment but also needs a “specific target intervention focusing on dysfunctional internet use and sexually deviant arousal.”  “It is unlikely he will receive this type of intervention sentenced and incarcerated in the adult system in Florida.”

I read this prior and Sandy did an outstanding job on this article. Do these articles get sent to any publication? A press release? I know that anyone of us could send this out to our representatives along with a short note, but I was wondering if NARSOL does. This looks like a good press release. But then again, I get that it makes sense. The general public?? But do they even realize?

My heart breaks over this. Society is not evolving well.

To my knowledge, Sandy’s articles are usually only published at the NARSOL website, with affiliates and others requesting to post them at their websites. You might want to contact NARSOL at narsol.org to find the answers to your questions. I would think they would want these articles published at as many sites as possible, but you would need to ask for permission first. Yes, Sandy’s articles are outstanding.

How awkward is this sentence compared to the guy that set up a porn site himself with thousands of porn pics. Talk about justification of sentencing. Authorities actually don’t know that they themselves are just as guilty although their ordeals are kept back behind closed doors and brushed under the rug. Stepping up with right action to counter these actions is a game change on behalf of all parties. Their is right and wrong actions in everything. So who’s guilty.

Authority misconduct should be given a fast check on their own behavior and misconduct. Much of this internet interaction is a devilish Adam and Eve story of greed and gain behavior. Anyone can over react to situations or is it all about the birds and the bee’s or is safety really the emphasis in many of these cons. While counseling is a big ticket authorities tend to push the after the plea deal treatment with lock up punishment and lifetime spot checks.

If anyone would be willing to see what Anthony may need and help him out, I’d like to work with you.

I’m curious, isn’t the police entrapment scheme that they do could be considered a form of human trafficking by the government.
