Brandon, FL Middle school students facing felony child pornography charges

Deputies in Florida put the cuffs on two boys and two girls on Friday. All four are facing various child pornography charges.

Corporal Larry McKinnon explains a 12-year-old boy took video of a juvenile victim performing a sex act on him.  That defendant then shared the video with a 14-year-old boy who posted it on Instagram.  Two other 12-year-old girls also received the video and are also now facing charges.

The four suspects and the victim are students at Burns Middle School in Brandon.

Where’s public outrage over this stupidity? Or has it become the ‘norm’ in this (unfortunately) screwed up country to lock kids up for things that they don’t even comprehend, especially if those things could be EASILY addressed by PARENTS, instead of the useless, over-stepping, rights-eroding, money-sucking government? Things need to change before everything spirals further out of control. We have a serious problem with mass violence and shootings, as well as a global terror problem that we are all aware of and these morons are wasting our tax dollars on these garbage laws. It’s truly Pathetic and shameful.

This is normal behavior and the ONLY difference between back in the day and today is that everyone is walking around with a video camera in their pockets. This was never a problem before smartphones…humm…did they cause the problem? Should they be outlawed? Of course not!

Unfortunately it is all part of the government’s control which is done but manipulating the people with fear and with life long cruel punishments.

Not only is there is the umbrella fear of a terrorist attack at any given moment but now there are sex offenders in middle schools all across the nation and their weapon is a cell phone!

But not to worry…the government will protect you! Brand them for life! If they start creating sex offenders in middle school they will have a whole new pool of “criminals” to add to the registries and show just how much these registries are “needed” along with more resources (MONEY) for officers to do compliance checks, and act as probation officers to monitor these young “criminals” for life and when you start monitoring them at 14 that’s a long time indeed!
Especially when they assure that their is no way off this list and complying with the ever changing and harsher rules it is impossible to live a life of any sort of quality once branded with the RSO scarlet letter!

I guess it has to get worse before or gets better. Florida is one of the absolute most screwed up states regarding these laws. I can’t even ENJOY my life by moving to Florida because if I registered then my name would be on the public site, whereas in Massachusetts (progressive thinking state) my name is not on any public registry. Idiots. Florida needs to get their sh*t together, at LEAST get on the same level as California is now getting on with the tiered registry. At least let’s start there, then we can slowly fix the system that these hateful, overzealous, perverted bastards made.

Short, and right on point….things that most everyone as a teenager, has done, is now punished as a sex offender…what’s the world coming to.

First they came after the adults, now they are targeting children. Lawmakers and law enforcement are just as predatory as those they seek to protect against. Instead of a short juvenile detention term coupled with education, all these children’s lives will be ruined forever. How does this protect the public? Better yet: Where does this overreach and abuse of power end?

Breaks my heart – this is atrocious – kids this age do not even have the physical brain development to accept the consequences of these actions (reference: pre-frontal cortex) – how long are the American (and other countries ) people going to allow this to go on???

people, it is all about the money. It got nothing to do with immorality. our legislator are the pervert. They do everything sex offender do, and get paid to do it. Every law they make, they make money on them. They right away invest in the business that profit from those laws. Then they get votes for “protecting’ the blind voters, who cannot see farther their eyeball. So they perpetuate their life of crime. Go to http://www.change.org/p/Donald-Trump-save-money-on-legislation. and you will see the solution.

Ignorance, stupidity, greed, power, you name it; it rules our law makers when it comes to registered citizens. It also sounds like something from a bad horror story, affecting millions of family members and friends of people on the registry. Its almost to the unsustainable boiling point. Maybe we should all volunteer to be on the registry, that would make about the same amount of sense.

Oh my God. Victim? Who is the “victim?” The person performing the act…VOLUNTARILY?!!! ALL four kids are victims of THE SATANIC GOVERNMENT…PERIOD. We all are “victims” of the ignorant, hoarding, greedy, control freaks that run the planet. I am SICK of the constant grab for control, money and resources. Humanity MUST WAKE UP NOW. 👁
