The sign ordinance that was killed in Butts County, GA and by the 11th Circuit, as well as the subject of litigation in Jacksonville exists in other parts of the country.

If there’s a Louisiana affiliate or a Louisiana attorney connected with the cause, please consider suing!

So tired of this Halloween BS. Asked my po for the empiracle evidence to support his position that we should all be subjected to monitoring, address checks, searches, etc because of Halloween. I also asked why they don’t restrict me from putting up a Christmas tree or tossing Easter eggs in my front yard. He had no answer. So, I’ll do what I always do on Halloween. I’ll go to my local strip club where no kids are allowed and there are plenty of cameras showing where i was.

A nearly identical post is over at ACSOL, but from Arkansas I think. Is there an affiliate there to send this message to?

Theoretically, a federal case can be brought to the 5th circuit to cover both states.

ACSOL sent a letter to the AR sheriff with specs on this being unconstitutional. While at it, should send one to the this LA sheriff too.
