Good general information, but offers nothing as to why females become offenders.
The problem signs they say to watch out for in possible sex abuse, are the exact same thing in any kind of abuse. Does that mean we should start registering bullies? I mean they already register people now for regular child abuse and endangerment. Why stop there? Heck life alone is abusive!
