The California Statutes DO NOT require in person registration. The Florida Statutes do. That is a critical distinction.

Even so, any statute can be challenged. That’s how we get laws changed. It should be challenged because the “law” is requiring people to risk themselves as well as others in the process.

It takes funding to bring a challenge. Take a moment to monitor the progress of our legal challenges here: https://floridaactioncommittee.org/donations/ By the time we raised the money to bring a challenge, there would be a vaccine.

Considering the length of time it takes any lawsuit to go from conception, filing, and through the court system, you could have 100% funding tomorrow on a challenge and we would still have a vaccine first.

Not if there’s a motion for emergency injunctive relief.

God bless Janice Bellucci and all of her cohorts there in California!
