Awesome to see Attorney Val Jonas speaking truth to bull-crap with no bones about it!

What will SCOTUS do? Cave to the pandering, fear-mongering politicians and their lobbyists, or restore the integrity of Justicia herself? I fear RSO implementation has become too valuable for those in power, both politically and financially, for RSOs to get a Constitutional fair shake. I pray I’m wrong.

You know what really makes me angry in all of this? The fact that the people responsible for this whole debacle say oh that was not my intent…or it was just to get some academic thing accomplished… appalling – they need to take more responsibility for what they have done! It is great that it is getting national exposure (I wonder if there is any way to track the number of viewers for the video). They should be screaming it from the highest mountain, or testifying before Congress, or testifying for the Supreme Court – something! Yes, I also blame the legislators from the lowest to the top for not using all the correct statistics and basing decisions and laws on popular public perception instead of facts.

There is no doubt in my mind that the War on Sex will go down in history and one of those dark mistakes like slavery, segregation, and the infamous War on Drugs that helped to create mass incarceration in the USA. And although the War on Drugs is still being waged and the consequences of it are still with us – more and more people are starting to see it for what it really is and what it has really caused. The War on Sex will be the same but meanwhile there are people and families suffering all sorts of hardships and dangers but remember the author of the article that started this hell on Earth assures us that “…was not my intent…”
