Thank God they found the suspect. And they say we’re bad people, just look at her rap sheet!

Now, this is the type of person who needs to be on a registry. I like to think that I am a fair person to a point. Seeing the laundry list of charges she is facing, that fairness is gone. That said, I think that it a good thing that she has all these charges, because I feel that if the only charge would have been running down a homeless ex offender, she probably would have gotten off. Sorry for those Debbie Downer feelings tonight.

Not to distract from Mr. Anderson’s memory but this is an incredible story that a professional screenwriter couldn’t have made up.

I am happy to hear of this arrest. It did not need to happen for so many reasons. She had 5 warrants out for her. He should not have been homeless. Legal failure all around.

I am glad to see the article does not mention his status. On the other hand this is a perfect example of why restrictions are a hazard to say the least.

Will this woman be barred from living within 2500 feet of any car dealerships? Will she be barred from where cars gather and stay off the roads from 10 to 6? Well her vehicles be register with a local police department since her vehicle is a safety threat to the community after she has been released? Of course not. RIP Ira Joe Anderson

Hopefully this will end with Ira getting justice and family members will rest better knowing the person responsible for his death has been caught.
