Reminder: Oral Argument in Doe v. Swearingen (Ex Post Facto I) THIS MORNING

This morning at 9AM, Oral Argument will take place in the Ex Post Facto I case.

We believe the argument will be simulcast from this website: https://www.ca11.uscourts.gov/live-streaming-oral-arguments (but we may be wrong).

In either case, the recording will be available online after.

PLEASE send lots of prayers, wishes and good Karma to Todd and Val!

Father above, guide these crusaders for justice, armed with knowledge, wisdom and facts. Open the eyes, ears and hearts of the justices, and let them live up to their titles so that real justice would be served, and we can finally say “Free at last”.
    Amen

Yes, the hearing took place. The recording should be uploaded today. We have no control over the 11th Circuit’s website or when they post recordings.

The recording has still not been uploaded. I called the 11th Circuit Clerk at 404-335-6100, asked for the office that administers the recordings, was transferred to a voicemail for a Jennifer, the outgoing message said she is out of the office and will return on Tuesday. If anyone else would like to follow up, you can call the same number.

Wow!! I think our attorney did an outstanding job and the judges seem inclined to rule in our favor in at least some of the claims (and perhaps all claims).

Wow yes. Been a long time I have heard both a Attorney representing us and Judges speak so normal and non Bizzaro world!. Of course I wanted to shout out because we are Sex Offenders and so far it always a double standard. My question is if we win on any of this would it push back the rules pre 2018? Im a 2010 and cant stand both state and Fed increases since 2010 that has pretty much killed free domestic and International Travel without fear and drama
