ACSOL: Action Alert “KILL A PEDOPHILE” MERCHANDISE

There are at least four websites currently offering for sale merchandise with the message “Kill a Pedophile.”  The websites are Amazon, Etsy, Killer Culture Shop and Scratshirt.  Merchandise being sold on these websites includes clothing and/or stickers.

“The logos on some of the merchandise being sold include graphics of a person aiming a gun at the head of a bound man on his knees as well as the message ‘Kill a Pedophile,’” stated ACSOL Executive Director Janice Bellucci.  “We must stop the sale and advertisement of this merchandise.

Registrants, family members and supporters are urged to contact each of the websites online and demand that merchandise promoting violence against any person or group of people be immediately removed from the website.

“There is no need to identify yourself as a registrant or a family member when you communicate this demand,” stated Bellucci.  “The primary reason for removal is that the message incites violence.”

Here are the websites, how to file complaints for each website, and an example of what you can say. You can follow the instructions yourself to see the images of the terrible merchandise.

If this isn’t enough to prove the registry is a tool for lunatic vigilantes then nothing will.

Obviously, no one cares about the WARNINGS on the SOR for how it’s used.

This is terrible! I have filed complaints to all four websites. One of them, Killer culture shop, replied to my email right away..with a reply that incites violence! His name is Donnie Wymer with the return email Killercultureshop@gmail.com
His reply was “Click, click, Boom”
    Probably a vigilante himself!

Oh sorry, did you know their ISP is ntt.net and you can complain that they are advocating murder and violence against people, and sent you a death threat with that “click, click, boom” when you asked them to remove the objectionable content from their website? And since they are the internet service providers for these people, their only means to advocate the violence, they could be held partly responsible for any deaths. In some cases like for the KKK, was almost 40 million dollars in damages.

So, these are surprisingly left leaning scumbags. Hence the harsh language used in their responses to emails about their shirts. This link to a YouTube video by one of the members of KillCulture shows a guy wearing a Charles Manson t-shirt called “Family”. I guess they have no problem with the fact that one of Manson’s cohorts cut the unborn child out of Sharon Tate. I guess since these folks are all for abortion, it’s okay to kill a child in a womb (an 8 month pregnancy mind you, so the child was developed).
The hypocrisy of these people is mind boggling.
I’m sure if Manson was out on the streets longer, he himself could have been VERY capable of committing a child molestation. Especially under the influence of all the psychedelic drugs they were on.

I have an Amazon account and was able to reach out to the Customer Service under Report a Violation of Selling Policy. I then asked for a live chat. I spoke with a CS rep and offered a few examples of the kill a pedo and kill a heroin dealer. I asked they report these and other similar sites for violations. The CS rep said a report was submitted and thanked me for letting them know about these violations. Individuals like me help keep Amazon a family friendly place

I just contacted all 4. I had to log in to my regular amazon account and go to the contact us link and report violations of their TOS.

The Scratshirt site has a bunch of broken links. (It looks an awful lot like a spoof site that simply takes money from your CC and then you never hear from them again, however, I could be wrong about that.) I did manage to file a complaint, however.

    An update:
I got the following reply from Amazon (via email): This E-mail message couldn’t be delivered to our Customer Service Department. If you still need help, please contact us again:

So I used the provided link and went into chat. The complaint was escalated and they called me on the phone. Then I was handed over to a supervisor who recorded the complaint and promised to file it with the appropriate committee.
I had to jump through some hoops, so please, people, don’t give up if Amazon shunts you aside a couple times. Be persistent (but polite and soft-spoken).

I wrote to all the companies here. The amazon link did not work so I wrote to their PR team at Aws-pr@amazon.com and amazon-pr@amazon.com. This is disgusting and should be considered a hate crime to even make these shirts. Imagine one that says ‘lynch a …’?

Yes and no Bill. While it can bring publicity, it can also incite a negative publicity for those who do find it offensive. Even if they don’t like who it targets, people can still voice that it is truly offensive and promotes violence.

You can contact eBay customer support on the phone at 1-866-961-9253 or for tech support at 1-866-961-9253.
You can also reach eBay customer support through live chat or email on their main Help site, although these features are not always available.
If you choose to access customer support through the “Help & Contact” section on eBay’s site, the portal will help you narrow down your issue and offer various ways to contact eBay about your specific problem.
eBay customer-support questions can also be asked through the @AskeBay Twitter or through the eBay Community discussion forum.

Good thinking and put some to work and out from under the bridges…I’d have no problems setting up a business and housing for SO only it would fail due to legalized discrimination ie housing issues the general public boycotting. Hey If someone has some ideas on a business that wouldn’t be harmed by all SO working at it start a forum on it. I mean I’ve thought about a pallet shop but I can’t just throw money out and get loans and investors together on a failure. In prison for 5 years I noticed SOs are almost 100 percent good steady workers ie employees. Someone could bank millions on this if only they. Oils operate undetected and shut down by misinformed public hate the government creates. I’ve thought about this 20 years.

I took a moment to look at the Killer Culture online shop and found the company that uploaded and maintains the site is https://help.shopify.com/en/questions#/questions I typed in Violation of acceptable use policy and then made a report the site is focused on selling items of a shock value but specifically the Kill a Pedo were designed to cause hatred and physical harm to others.
If he doesnt have a web site, he cant sell this junk. I recommend others complain. I tried to look at his offender link to see where he is advertising a registered citizen hunt. I know in Florida the FDLE site indicates the information CANNOT be used for any purpose other than information and specifically says “it is illegal to use public information regarding a registered sexual predator or offender to facilitate the commission of a crime.” If this guy is stirring up vigilante actions I would be worth reporting him to his local law enforcement. Just my opinion.

I don’t have an exact address on him yet, but he’s somewhere around Union City IN. Seems to me he peddles his garbage at flea markets or gatherings where folks like to cosplay as bikers or emo people on the weekends.

He thinks I’m the one who summoned the troops. I’ll let him think what he wants. He won’t be the first or the last to threaten my life nor the first or last who won’t follow through.

OK on a more serious note, my thoughts are to not waste time on the small-time sellers but to pressure the major companies to not allow people to sell this stuff. Most of the small time folks rely on sites like Amazon, Etsy, and eBay rather than their own stores that get a small, primarily local, niche following.

This Donnie Wymer punk is a small time loser who peddles his wares at flea markets and shows that cater to whatever stupid thing he’s into. While he won’t be swayed, it won’t help his business if he’s removed from the major online retailers.

Today, I had gotten a notice that eBay had flagged an item I had for sale because they claimed it was “promoting violence.” I had a very long convo with an eBay rep today over this item. (For the record, it was an English translation of a book by a certain German dictator who did some terrible things in the 1930s and 1940s, someone we compare our laws to; I had used quotes from this book many years ago when comparing the modern registry laws to the laws this person also passed. There are a few copies on sale eBay right now.)

eBay’s rules are rather confusing. So a copy of a certain famous book can’t be sold on eBay UNLESS it comes with a critique of the work; however, you can sell other trhings from that era like currency, clothing, or the like. The eBay rep said it bluntly, it is “because of the Jews and what happened to them.” I brought up the fact this book was easily ordered online fom many places and that many (as I had done) had a copy to do my own critique of the author’s philosophy.

I had also brought up the fact eBay is selling plenty of “shoot your local sex offender/ pedophile” merchandise, which is also glorifying/ promoting violence, and this same rep said that’s not a peroblem and this stuff is “just one man’s opinion.” Well, wasn’t this certain German dictator’s beliefs just “one man’s opinion” as well?

It is obvious that eBay is full of hypocrisy. Certain groups are worthy of protection, while certain other groups are not. The rep did eventually admit that the policy needs work but he’s certainly not part of the solution.

I beg of everone to please make suggestions and comments as polite but direct as possible. It is imperative they hear from us. Don’t stop putting pressure on This horrible Killer Culture Shop retailer either. I was told to chug bleach also and called the “c” word after making a very benign curtious comment. This can not be tolerated People! We are talking about our lives here. Can we all join in with friends and family to get some positive results?

Remind ebay and the others that:

In 1987, SPLC won a case against the United Klans of America for the lynching of Michael Donald, a black teenager in Mobile, Alabama.[72] The SPLC used an unprecedented legal strategy of holding an organization responsible for the crimes of individual members to help produce a $7 million judgment for the victim’s mother.[72] The verdict forced United Klans of America into bankruptcy. Its national headquarters was sold for approximately $52,000 to help satisfy the judgment.[73] In 1987, five members of a Klan offshoot, the White Patriot Party, were indicted for stealing military weaponry and plotting to kill Dees.[74] The SPLC has since successfully used this precedent to force numerous Ku Klux Klan and other hate groups into bankruptcy.[75]

The KKK’s hate speech lead the way, and ebay & rest, are promoting hate speech that has caused people to be shot, hung, and suffered from arson. By having these items online, they are promoting murder and if someone is killed, they are financially liable, just like the KKK

I cannot find them on Facebook.

Google is still allowing for the searches. Etsy is still selling them. Ebay is selling them.

Amazon and Facebook seem to be listening. Let me know if I am wrong.

Isn’t this straight out Solicitation? Here’s the federal statute:

    18 U.S. Code § 373 – Solicitation to commit a crime of violence

    U.S. Code
    Notes

    (a) Whoever, with intent that another person engage in conduct constituting a felony that has as an element the use, attempted use, or threatened use of physical force against property or against the person of another in violation of the laws of the United States, and under circumstances strongly corroborative of that intent, solicits, commands, induces, or otherwise endeavors to persuade such other person to engage in such conduct, shall be imprisoned not more than one-half the maximum term of imprisonment or (notwithstanding section 3571) fined not more than one-half of the maximum fine prescribed for the punishment of the crime solicited, or both; or if the crime solicited is punishable by life imprisonment or death, shall be imprisoned for not more than twenty years.

What am I missing? As far as said solicited felony being “imminent”, look at what happened at the Capitol. Can’t the people who are selling this crap be straight up arrested and charged with a crime with Amazon, whoever, being in conspiracy?
Law suits work because they hit people where they live: in the pocket book. How about a class action? Am I naive here and don’t know it?
Our local police chief let it slip that “no body likes pedophiles except other pedophiles”. I lawfully recorded the conversation and he sees this stuff as someone’s opinion. No it isn’t; this stuff is direct calls to action to commit murder.
